Drop off your laundry and our staff will wash, dry, fold, and package it for you to pick up and put away.

• Your order is never mixed with that of another customer.

• Same day service available if dropped off before 10 AM. (25 lbs or less)

• Bulk orders (25 lbs or more) 48 hr + turnaround time.

• All orders include washing, drying, folding, detergents and packaging.

• $1.80/Lb, Minimum charge 15 Lbs.

• Housewares (Duvets, Comforters, Quilts, etc) surcharge applies.

• PLEASE NOTE: Incoming orders must be in washable or disposable plastic bags.

STANDARD CLOTHING SERVICE:

• $1.80 per LB (15 LB minimum charge of $27)

• Wash: Unsorted mixed

• Dry: Machine high.

• Housewares charged separately.

HOUSEWARES:

Standard wash. Machine dry high.

UPGRADES AVAILABLE:

• Medium Temp Dry + 50¢ per LB

• Low Temp Dry + 75¢ per LB

• Separate Wash + $3 – $10 per extra machine

• Sorting + $5 & up

• Hair Removal + $15 & up

• BEDSPREAD/QUILT (NO FILL) $25 ea.

• COMFORTER (POLY FILL) $30 ea.

• UGG BRAND OR DUVET (DOWN FILL) $40 ea.

• MATTRESS TOPPER $40-$80 ea.

• MIXED HOUSEWARES:
  (TOWELS / SHEETS / THROWS / ETC)
  Flat Rate $30-$40 per washer load.

UPGRADES AVAILABLE:

BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

CHECK ITEMS:

Check all garments for hazardous items such as lighters, coins, pens, keys, etc. as we hold no responsibility for any items/clothing lost or damaged.

DELICATE ITEMS:

We will not be liable for damage to items as we wash by the load and do not inspect the care labels of each garment. For garments that need to be specially treated i.e. leather, silk, cashmere, fur, velvet and other delicate garments, please ensure that these items can be machine washed and tumble dried.

COLOUR SEPARATION:

Our standard default service does not include colour separation. If separation is required, please let us know when you drop off your order. Although we will take the utmost care in doing this we will accept no responsibility if there is any bleeding or colour transfer during the cleaning process.

WASH & DRY PROCESS:

By default the order is washed unsorted, in cold water and tumble dried at high heat. If you would like your items separated by colour, washed in hot water or dried on a lower temperature, let us know at time of drop off.

HOUSEWARES:

Duvets, comforters, quilts, pillows, rugs etc. are charged per item, not by weight. Items will be added as an individual product as per above housewares pricing.

TAGGING:

Laundry items are tagged by order and not individually by item. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for missing items.

COMMERCIAL:

We do not accept large table cloth orders.
