Easy-to-Use, Coinless Laundry Card System: How It Works

Our laundry card system uses a contactless smart card that stores your digital balance—no coins needed!

Getting Started:

• Purchase a reusable laundry card at the self-serve kiosk. (One-time cost: $2 — non-refundable.)

• Use the card to activate machines by placing the card on the reader.

• Add value to your card anytime at the kiosk using cash ($5/$10/$20 bills), credit/debit card, or mobile payment.

• You can also purchase replacement cards at the kiosk if needed.

Please Note: All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for the laundry card or any unused balance.

DAILY: 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM
LAST WASH: 7:30 PM

Machines will not start or accept payment after 7:30 PM

ATTENTION: MACHINE POLICY

You MUST be present when your cycle timer ends to remove your laundry.

If unattended your clothes may be removed by staff or other customers.

WAITING FOR A MACHINE? To claim the next available machine, you must be present when its cycle completes. Absent customers will forfeit their turn.

DRYERS
Standard ($1/8min)

If you don’t overload these, most loads will dry with 3–4 taps of your card ($3/24 min, $4/32 min).
Comforters and water-resistant items can take longer.

Large Item ($2/8min)

These big 50-lb dryers are about 70% more capacity than our standard pockets and can handle your largest comforter—fluffed to perfection.

NEW IN 2025
Pet Laundry Station

We’re thrilled to introduce Washer #1, specifically for washing pet and horse items! You can clean blankets, beds, and any gear that fits in the machine. Please note, however, that we don’t offer a dryer for these items, so all laundered belongings must be taken with you after washing.

We ask that you observe the following,
For BEST RESULTS:

• Inspect machines before use
  Check the inside of washers and dryers for cleanliness. Remove any clothing, debris, or residue.

• Detergent compartments
  Inspect all four washer compartments and remove excess product before use.

• Operation
  Follow all posted instructions and machine guidelines. Do not overload machines or use excess detergent.

• Preparation
  Empty all pockets before washing. Select the recommended water temperature for your load.

• Prohibited items

  • No tints, dyes, or colorants in washers.

  • No rubber or nylon items in dryers.

  • No pet bedding, blankets, or clothing in standard machines. (As of 2025, pet items may only be washed in Washer #1; no pet items in dryers.)
